Belfast’s ‘Get Tender Ready’ support package 

Eligible* businesses across Belfast can benefit from an enhanced package of support to equip them with the skills to help them win public and private sector tenders.

Belfast City Council is offering existing businesses with one-to-one mentoring with a specialist advisor, a bursary to support them in securing a Real Living Wage accreditation and, their first year’s membership to Invest NI’s Tender Alert Service.

If eligible, your business can avail of:

· Access to one-to-one mentoring support which can be tailored to support you on a live bid, or equip you with the skills to be tender ready when the opportunity comes

· A bursary to cover the cost of your first years Real Living Wage accreditation which will serve to bolster future tender responses to public sector bodies

· A bursary to cover the cost of your first year’s membership of Invest NI’s Tender Alert Service allowing you to easily identify public sector contract opportunities.

*The following eligibility criteria applies:

· Have an established business, trading for at least 2 years in the Belfast City Council Area with less than 250 employees (or full time equivalent).

· Be new to the Go Succeed service (this can be checked after you contact us).

· Be able to use your best endeavours to create a part time or full-time job in the next 12 months.
